We specialise in large commercial contracts that demand precise planning and tight scheduling. For your re-assurance our working standards have been evaluated and approved by the CFA (Contract Flooring Association) .

With a wealth of knowledge and experience we are happy to meet clients on site to survey, discuss requirements, give advice and then provide a detailed written quotation. We will co-ordinate with clients and suppliers ensuring materials and our directly employed fitting team complete all contracts smoothly, efficiently and to the client’s deadlines.

Working in occupied, furnished areas is common and our fitting team will work with the client to ensure minimum disruption. Likewise many clients allow our team to work in their premises unsupervised, happy in the knowledge that they can be trusted and relied on to safeguard their property and contents.

We also understand the need to use 'out of hours' fitting and of course can provide this service to cover night shift and weekend working.

Our company is very aware of its responsibility to reduce its carbon footprint and in ensuring that waste is recycled wherever possible. Preperation:

Sub floor preparation is the key to ensure a superior final finish. Surface grinding to remove old adhesive and small high spots on concrete floors if needed. Newlife Contracts (Flooring) Ltd. uses the highest quality screeds and primer’s, This combined with skilled application will ensure that your flooring project receives the best preparation methods available. We can use screed for smoothing and neutralizing old adhesives.

DPM(Damp Proof Membranes)

are available where damp issues occur or are a possibility. We will provide a free consultation and carry out protimeter moisture measurement reading. This assesses moisture conditions in buildings to aid understanding of how and why damp conditions may prevail and test the suitability of the floor and whether a Damp Proof Membrane is appropriate. We can then, if needed provide a Damp Proof Membrane to prevent damp from old floors from attacking the new adhesive and in new concrete to stop residual moisture from attacking the new adhesive.
